High Desert Cruisers New Mexico Club and Membership Information High Desert Cruisers is a group of Toyota 4x4 enthusiasts based in Albuquerque, but also with members throughout the State of New Mexico. We promote interest in, and modification of, Toyota and Lexus four-wheel drive vehicles. This includes Land Cruisers of all flavors, minitrucks, Tacoma, Tundra, 4Runners, along with Toyota’s luxuary models the Lexus LX and GX. We are a family-oriented, conservation-minded organization dedicated to safe four-wheeling fun. We typically have monthly meetings and monthly club runs, but many of our members get together to four-wheel much more often. We have runs all over New Mexico, and usually try to alternate runs close to Albuquerque (such as in the East Mountains, the Rio Puerco basin, and the southern Jemez) with runs that are a bit farther away (such as the northern Jemez, the northern mountains, and the Lincoln, Cibola, and Gila National Forests).
